Pui is an experienced Yoga, Pilates and Stretch instructor who combines both strength and mobility in a dynamic Vinyasa flow style.
She focuses on creating classes that find a balance between strength, flexibility and mind-body awareness, teaching with the understanding that flexibility is essential for longevity by prevention and its importance for performance enhancement across all sports.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Kinesiology
- Diploma in Mind Body Medicine from Dharamshala, India
