Danielle is a Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist and Shoulder Specialist with over 17 years of experience in the field of Sports and Orthopaedic rehabilitation.Her extensive experience has been gained working across a variety of settings in the UK, Canada, and the UAE, including the NHS, private clinics, and working with both amateur and professional sports teams.

Danielle has a specialist interest in  shoulder pathologies in which she gained her MSc. She also has a dedicated focus on Musculoskeletal Health in Menopause, developing targeted programmes to help in the management of  conditions such as osteoporosis, adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder), arthralgia (muscle and joint aches), tendinopathies, and sarcopenia (muscle loss).

Furthermore, she is a fully certified APPI Clinical Pilates instructor (matwork and reformer), integrating these principles to improve joint stability, and functional strength.

Danielle is known for her exceptional communication skills and patient-centered approach. She believes in treating the whole person, not just the injury. Her goal extends beyond simply resolving pain; she is dedicated to empowering her patients to become stronger, healthier, and happier versions of themselves. Through collaborative assessment and tailored treatment plans, she utilises a combination of evidence-based manual therapy and exercise rehabilitation, whilst intelligently blending compound functional strength training with clinical Pilates to achieve optimal, long-lasting results.
